ANGKLA Party-list participated in the Asia-Pacific Manning and Training Convention held in Sofitel Plaza Philippines last 26 and 27 November 2014. The efforts of ANGKLA Party-List in advocating the rights and promoting the welfare of our seafarers were recognized and lauded by the convention’s international audience in the said event. In ANGKLA Rep. Jess Manalo’s closing remark, he emphasized the significance of constant collaboration and cooperation between the private sector and the government so that Filipino seafarers would continue to be the “seafarer of choice” of our global community.
